Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements, etc.)
  • Downloadable software or e-books

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at hello@holosophy.co.uk, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you will be responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
