Our Gentle Evening Rhythm:
Starting with 2 hours before bed, you’ll be wearing TrueDark glasses. Dimming the lights in your home can also help create a more calming atmosphere, signaling the transition towards rest.
Following 30 minutes before bed with a soothing ritual, like sipping a warm, caffeine-free Reishi tea or taking a tincture from Shroom Well.
15 minutes before lying down, by using the Apollo Neuro, try the "Sleep" or "Relax and Unwind" setting to guide your body towards tranquility as you settle into bed.
